Allāhu lā ilāha illā huwa'l-ḥayyu'l-qayyūm. Lā ta'khudhuhu sinatun wa lā nawm. Lahu mā fi's-samāwāti wa mā fi'l-arḍ…
Allah — there is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of all. Neither drowsiness overtakes Him nor sleep. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and the earth… His Throne extends over the heavens and the earth, and their preservation tires Him not. And He is the Most High, the Most Great.

Huwa'llāhu'lladhī lā ilāha illā huwa, ʿālimu'l-ghaybi wa'sh-shahādah, huwa'r-raḥmānu'r-raḥīm…
He is Allah, other than whom there is no deity, Knower of the unseen and the witnessed; He is the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. He is Allah… the Sovereign, the Pure, the Source of Peace, the Granter of Security… To Him belong the most beautiful names. Whatever is in the heavens and earth glorifies Him, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.

There is no god but Allah, alone, without partner. To Him belongs the dominion and to Him belongs all praise. He gives life and causes death, and He is Living and never dies. In His hand is all good, and He is able to do all things.

Raḍītu billāhi Rabban, wa bil-Islāmi dīnan, wa bil-Qurʾāni kitāban; wa bi-Muḥammadin nabiyyan, wa bi-ʿAliyyin waliyyan, wa bil-aʾimmati min dhurriyyatihim aʾimmah
I am pleased with Allah as Lord, Islam as religion, the Qur'an as Book, Muhammad as Prophet, ʿAlī as guardian, and the eleven Imams after him—including al-Ḥujjah ibn al-Ḥasan—as my Imams.

Ya Muhsinu qad ataka al-musi'u wa qad amarta al-muhsina an yatajawaza an al-musi'. Wa anta al-Muhsinu wa ana al-musi'. Fa-bi-haqqi Muhammadin wa ali Muhammad, salli ala Muhammadin wa ali Muhammad wa tajawaz an qabihi ma ta'lamu minni.
O Beneficent One! The sinner has come before You. You have commanded the beneficent to forgive the sinner — and You are the Beneficent and I am the sinner. So, by the right of Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, send blessings upon Muhammad and his family and overlook my ugly deeds that You know well.

Duʿāʾ al-Faraj — Prayer for Relief
اَللّهُمَّ كُنْ لِوَلِيِّكَ الْحُجَّةِ ابْنِ الْحَسَنِصَلَوَاتُكَ عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَى آبَائِهِفِي هَذِهِ السَّاعَةِ وَفِي كُلِّ سَاعَةٍوَلِيّاً وَحَافِظاً وَقَائِداً وَنَاصِراًوَدَلِيلاً وَعَيْناًحَتَّى تُسْكِنَهُ أَرْضَكَ طَوْعاًوَتُمَتِّعَهُ فِيهَا طَوِيلاً
Allāhumma kun li-waliyyika al-ḥujjati ibni al-ḥasani ṣalawātuka ʿalayhi wa ʿalā ābāʾihi fī hādhihi al-sāʿati wa fī kulli sāʿatin waliyyan wa ḥāfiẓan wa qāʾidan wa nāṣiran wa dalīlan wa ʿaynan ḥattā tuskinahu arḍaka ṭawʿan wa tumatiʿahu fīhā ṭawīlan
O Allah, be for Your guardian, the Proof, son of al-Hasan — may Your blessings be upon him and his forefathers — in this hour and in every hour: a guardian, a protector, a leader, a helper, a guide, and a watchful eye, until You settle him in Your earth in willing obedience and grant him long enjoyment therein.
